Ma Petite Marie actually manifested herself slowly, growing almost unnoticed from a warm, loving feeling of being cherished. The same emotions I felt in 2018 when a dear friend comforted me with an especially sweet gesture. Now, every time I draw Marie that lovely feeling returns.
In October 2020, I posted my first drawing on social media, and I received so much  enthusiastic reactions! To my great and pleasant surprise, following this came an offer to illustrate the cover of a book as well as inquiries about whether and where my drawings were for sale. Creating a website seemed like the next logical step and now here we are!
